The factory is located at Jiashan Zhejiang province which is the neighborhood of Shanghai, covering an area of 300,000m2 with a built up area of 170,000 m2. Gem-Year has its own wharf and auto warehouses with a capacity to store 100,000 metric tones of goods, and more than one thousand units of different imported automatic production machines and inspection equipments. The raw material that is used by Gem-Year is imported from overseas as well as from the domestic steel factories.

Gem-Year are using the ERP to control the production process line and has set up research & development centre，for continue innovation and to meet the requirements of customers.
